Steve Swoboda

Swoboda is the Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at SpotXchange. He is also an Angel Investor. He also serves on the Board of Giant Oak. He oversees operational and financial activities for SpotXchange and sister company Booyah Networks. His experience prior to founding SpotXchange and Booyah Networks includes senior management positions at two other startup companies (Ereo and ProSavvy), serving as Chief Financial Officer of iBelay, a venture capital firm investing in seed stage companies, and public company experience as Director of Corporate Development for MessageMedia. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Colorado and currently serves on the board of directors of the Alumni Association for the University of Colorado at Boulder.
