Kenneth Fine

Kenneth Fine serves as President & Chief Operating Officer at Symphony Commerce. Kenneth Fine serves as Advisor at BipSync. He served as Chief Customer Officer at Medallia. He has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, technologist and executive. Most recently, Ken was the Executive Vice President of Marketing for Financial Engines. He was one of the first 10 employees at the company and led the internal team that developed the business that eventually led to the company's IPO in 2010. In addition to general management, his expertise spans online, consumer and business-to-business marketing. Prior to Financial Engines, Ken worked as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and an engineer for the US Navy. He holds a MS (Master of Science) in Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). He also has an MBA (Master of Business Administration) from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
